About This Former Alliance Announcement URL
An independent notice and a method for checking a current professional alliance.
This address formerly described an alliance involving the Ohio Recruiters Association. Ohio Hiring Fieldbook is not affiliated with the former association or with the named national organization. It does not claim that the old alliance remains active, and it does not provide benefits, credentials, events, or member access under that arrangement.
The historical announcement is not republished here. The following material is a new method for reviewing a current professional alliance.
Name each party and duty
Write the current legal or operating name of each party. For each one, list the service, access, payment, data, promotion, or governance duty it accepts. A shared logo or announcement can describe a relationship without showing who must do what.
Check the effective period
Find the start date, renewal rule, end date, and termination process. Record which public page or signed record confirms current status. Do not infer an active partnership from a page that has no date or from an old third-party citation.
Trace member claims to terms
For each stated benefit, identify eligibility, limits, delivery owner, additional cost, and process for support. Separate a discount, reciprocal access, referral arrangement, co-marketing activity, and formal credential. They are not interchangeable.
Review data movement
Identify whether names, contact details, attendance, payment status, or professional records move between the parties. Record the purpose, consent or other basis, retention practice, security owner, and deletion path. An alliance should not make candidate or employer data available by default.
Set a review date
Give the relationship an owner and a date for confirming that its public description still matches its operation. If the alliance ends, remove or update current claims. Historical references can remain as history only when their dates and status are clear.
This method does not confirm, deny, or evaluate a current relationship between any named organizations. It shows the evidence needed before a new alliance claim is used.
